Is this a real astrologer or a computer?
The chart is computed, not guessed — planetary longitudes, ayanamsa, houses and dasha periods, from standard astronomical algorithms. The reading is written by an AI trained to read that chart in a particular tradition. There is no human on the other side, and we say so plainly.
What if I don't know my exact birth time?
Give the closest you know. Planets and rashi stay right; the ascendant and the house cusps are the parts that move, so a rough time gives a rough lagna. You can edit birth details in the app any time and the chart recomputes.
Which languages does it actually speak?
Hinglish, Hindi (Devanagari), Tamil, Telugu and Kannada. It is not a translation layer — the reading is generated in that language, and switching mid-conversation switches the next reply.
Will it auto-renew and charge me again?
No. A message pack is a one-time purchase for 200 messages, valid 30 days. Nothing renews on its own and there is no subscription to cancel.
How do I delete my account?
From Settings inside the app, or from this page. Deletion removes your profile, chart and conversations. It cannot be undone.
Should I make real decisions on this?
