Delete your account

Required by Google Play, and the right thing to offer anyway.

From the app

Settings → Delete account. You will be asked to confirm, and the account is gone immediately.

By email

Write to support@velaapp.ai from anywhere, including the phone number you signed in with. We delete the account within 7 days and confirm when it is done.

What gets deleted

• Your profile: name, gender, marital status, occupation.
• Your birth details and every chart computed from them.
• Every conversation and every message in it.
• Your daily rashifal history.
• Your sign-in identity, so the phone number is free to start over.

What we keep, and why

Payment records — amount, date, Razorpay reference — are kept for the period Indian tax law requires. They are held apart from your profile and are not used to identify you afterwards. Unused message credit is forfeited on deletion; ask for a refund first if that matters.
